Not only do these pods eliminate the tweeter reflections off the glass, but they also move them into a more on axis position which greatly improves performance.  The grill itself mimics the OEM grill pattern and shapeliness that is already present in the door.  Every effort has been made to make these not only a sound quality improvement but also an esthetically desirable upgrade.  The kit includes the templates for easy placement, modification, and mounting.
