Fully welded and constructed in the USA from aerospace grade 6061-T6 Aluminum, the single-piece Half Rack 3.0 sets the standard for strength and simplicity in the industry. Featuring a small form factor meant to nestle behind or in front of other roof accessories, this is the perfect rack for those who don't have the real-estate for a full size rack.
With the most complete feature set available, our design ensures quick and clean installation due to its internal cable routing and lack of assembly. All features are custom-made for your specifications - load light brackets and awning plates are all designed to be an exact fit for the industries' leading products. Custom deck cutouts can be added to any rack, fitting perfectly around AC units, fans, solar accessories and wiring boxes.
All rack orders will be accompanied by a data sheet to fill out which includes options for side and rear lighting, awning plate layouts and AC/Fan cutout information.

Super Pacific Half Rack Width: 57.1875" - allows for awning bracket alignment with tent.
We can also make an upper deck over the AC unit on this one so you can have the extra deck space

Mercedes Sprinter Van Half Rack 3.0
We will need to contact a freight company with the dimensions and weight of this order. Generally, we can fit steps, ladders, and other items in or on top of a rack crate to help bring down shipping cost. We will also price the crate the rack will ship in. Typically, crates are between $350 and $700 depending on the size of the rack.
This is a designed to the specific needs of your van and as such it is not a returnable item. As you will approve the final parameters of the rack to your specific needs, it will work just for you.
